Anglo-Eastern’s “Speak Up” Programme
Anglo-Eastern is committed to doing the right things the right way. Our “Speak Up” programme is a confidential channel and whistle-blowing platform through which you are encouraged to raise concerns without fear if you suspect:
- Violations of the Company’s HSE policies and procedures
- Serious malpractices, wrongdoings and conditions on board affecting health and safety
- Environmental violations (or situations that may lead to violations) related to MARPOL and/or other regulations
- Illegal, unethical or inappropriate behaviours and/or practices, including any violation of seafarers’ rights
- Harassment and/or bullying
You will not suffer retaliation and/or adverse consequences to your employment because of confidential reporting of non-compliant actions. Rest assured that both your identity and any concern(s) raised through this platform will be treated in a confidential and sensitive manner.
