Anglo-Eastern is built around centrally managed centres of excellence – fleets of specific ship types. We do this to ensure ships are taken care of by people who understand their clients’ businesses. By having over 25 offices worldwide, we can take care of a ship wherever it may be operating.

We are experienced in providing full technical ship management across a wide range of different ship types, including dry bulk carriers, container ships, tankers (oil, gas, chemical), roll-on/roll-off carriers, offshore vessels and semi-submersibles.

Safety is a key part of our culture and we take it very seriously. We continuously look for ways to improve and undertake regular internal audits of all our ships and offices.

We have an established integrated management system incorporating the Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001:2018) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015) standards (“QHSE”) and ISM Code requirements, approved and certified by DNV GL.

To keep our standards at the highest level, our people also undertake regular training on all aspects of safety.

Our dedicated Operations team, which includes master mariners, works closely with our clients and other areas of the group to ensure smooth and efficient ship operations, managing such aspects as:

  • Ship vetting
  • Vessel certificates
  • Post-fixture services
  • Voyage monitoring
  • Port agency services
  • Security arrangements
  • Insurance arrangements
  • Claims handling

We can handle and process claims and other matters tailored to the requirements of our clients, including but not limited to declarations of general average, appointing expert consultants and lawyers, and engaging salvage or towage services, as and when required.
